This policy explains how LWF Sports Trading Sdn. Bhd. handles delivery and collection for retail and wholesale orders across Malaysia. Delivery is arranged and quoted individually for every order — there is no fixed shipping rate calculated automatically on this website.

01 Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Peninsular and East Malaysia. Delivery to more remote areas of Sabah and Sarawak may involve a longer transit time and a higher delivery charge, which we will disclose before confirming your order.

02 Collection From Our Warehouse

Customers within the Klang Valley may choose to collect their order directly from our Cheras office, at no delivery charge, by arrangement. Select “Collect from KL warehouse” at checkout and we will confirm a collection time once your order is ready.

03 How Delivery Is Quoted

Because our range spans single pairs of socks to adjustable dumbbells and cased footballs, delivery cost depends on weight, volume and destination. Once you submit your cart at checkout, we calculate and confirm the delivery charge together with your order total before anything is dispatched.

04 Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed once confirmed, typically within 1–3 business days. Larger wholesale and case orders may take longer to pick and pack, and we will advise an expected dispatch date when we confirm your order.

05 Couriers & Freight Partners

We use established Malaysian courier and freight partners appropriate to the size of your order — parcel couriers for retail-sized orders and freight or lorry transport for larger wholesale and case shipments.

06 Order Tracking

Where our courier partner provides tracking, we will share the tracking number and carrier details with you by email or phone once your order has been dispatched.

07 Handling of Bulky & Fragile Items

Footwear and apparel are packed in their original boxes or polybags. Balls are shipped deflated where practical to reduce volume and risk of damage. Trophies, medals and other fragile items are individually boxed and cushioned to prevent breakage in transit. If an item arrives damaged in transit, refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

08 Wholesale & Bulk Freight

For large wholesale orders, we can arrange palletized freight or lorry delivery direct to a warehouse, school, club or retail location. Freight terms, loading access and delivery windows are agreed with the trade buyer before dispatch.

09 Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions, weather, or public holidays. We will keep you informed of any significant delay affecting your order.
