02 Who Can Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or ordering with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or authorized adult, to place an order with us. Trade accounts must be placed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the ordering business or organisation.

03 Product Information & Pricing

We take reasonable care to describe products, sizes, colours and specifications accurately. All prices on this website are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude delivery, which is quoted separately. Prices, sizing and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing error.

04 Cart, Checkout & Order Acceptance

Adding a product to the cart on this website does not reserve stock. Submitting the checkout form produces an order reference and a summary that you send to us by email or phone; it is a request to order, not an automatic contract. An order is only accepted once LWF Sports Trading confirms price, stock and delivery or collection.

05 Payment

No payment is collected through this website. Once your order is confirmed, we will share payment instructions, typically by bank transfer, together with a formal quotation or invoice. Goods are dispatched or made available for collection once payment has been received or otherwise agreed.

06 Delivery & Collection

Delivery and collection are arranged as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes given at confirmation are estimates and not guaranteed.

07 Returns

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Footwear and apparel sizing shown on this website is a general guide; actual fit can vary by style. 09 Wholesale & Trade Accounts

Case and wholesale pricing is quoted individually and may be subject to minimum order quantities, agreed payment terms, and separate freight arrangements as described in our Shipping Policy. Wholesale pricing is provided for resale or business use and is not intended for individual retail comparison.

The LWF Sports Trading name, logo, product photography and website content are the property of LWF Sports Trading Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written consent.
